  • Motivated Residential Clients: Tenants with First Commercial Consultants are not people who want to continue renting; they are people who want to become homeowners and enjoy the advantages associated with it. Before these tenants ever look at a house, they are physically, financially and emotionally on-track to become a homeowner within two years. Occasionally, things happen that derail that path. Should this happen, there are program options available to assist with tenant relations and payments, as well as defaults.
